Michelle joined Employee Pooling (EP) in 2017, assuming a pivotal role overseeing Marketing and Corporate Relations for the organization. In addition to this, she serves as Department Head of Agent Contracting, responsible for cultivating strong connections between Agent Contracting clients and EP’s dedicated service providers and managers located in both New Delhi and Chandigarh.

Michelle’s professional journey is marked by a wealth of experience, notably serving as a Senior Case Manager at AIG Corporate Headquarters in Brentwood, TN, prior to joining EP. Her expertise extends from her tenure with distinguished Brokerage General Agencies, including Netstreet Brokerage since 2007, where she specialized in Licensing & Contracting and New Business Management. Prior to her insurance experience, Michelle taught high school English Literature in Nashville.
