Chief Operating Officer

Praveen Mishra began his journey with EPR as a Processor and quickly progressed through roles in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. His attention to detail and ability to streamline processes played a key role in enhancing operational quality across teams.

Over time, he expanded his responsibilities by supporting executive leadership as Executive Assistant to both the COO and, later, the CEO, gaining valuable experience in strategic operations. He also took on Workforce Management (WFM), contributing to improved efficiency and resource planning, before advancing into leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations.

Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Quality, Praveen Mishra oversees core operational functions and drives a culture of excellence across the organization. Outside of work, he enjoys playing cricket, listening to music, and watching movies and series.
