In 2021, Robert Pasqualini joined Employee Pooling (EP) as a Manager for Underwriting Support and Case Management. Currently, he holds the position of Director of Business Development and serves as the Division Head of our calling team at EP. In his role, Robert is entrusted with the responsibility of creating new services, optimizing our potential with both existing and prospective clients, and overseeing the expansion of our calling team. His dedication is evident in his commitment to strengthening relationships with current clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support.

Bringing a wealth of experience from 8 years in call center support within the Skip Tracing and Collections industry, Robert has seamlessly integrated into EP. Beyond his professional pursuits, Robert finds joy in spending quality time with his family. His personal interests include golfing, painting, playing the guitar, and engaging in leatherworking activities.
