Since September 2020, Steven has played a pivotal role in the leadership team at Employee Pooling (EP), initially as Vice President of Business Development and currently as President since April 2023. With an unwavering dedication to cultivating customer relationships and driving sales growth, Steven’s contributions are unparalleled. He spearheads national sales initiatives in collaboration with fellow leadership members and oversees EP’s operations, managing over 180 national account relationships. Drawing from over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Steven’s expertise has been instrumental in shaping EP’s success.

Before assuming his current role, Steven served as the National Accounts Manager at Capitas Financial and later as the Vice President of National Account Sales from 2015. His journey in the insurance and financial services sector began in 1989, with notable positions at Netstreet Brokerage – Midwest Division, National Brokerage, ING/ReliaStar Life, Prudential, and Northwestern National Life. Steven holds a B.A. in Accounting from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN.
