Full Back Office – A Case Study
Our Client, a Brokerage General Agency based in Seattle, required a flexible back-office solution to address operational challenges. The agency’s six-person team incurred annual payroll expenses of nearly $400,000, while inefficient time and team management practices were hindering their progress. EP successfully transitioned the client’s entire back-office operations to five of our specialized departments through a phased approach. This comprehensive solution encompassed all aspects of their workflow, from agent appointment through policy management, and monetization. As a result, the client eliminated four staff members and repurposed the two remaining as dedicated relationship managers, allowing them to concentrate on their core competency: supporting and driving sales.
